Brief Introduction:

Heating and stirring of the material in the aqueous and oil phase tanks. After thorough mixing, they are transferred to the emulsifier tank by means of a vacuum pump. The material will be agitated by the upper part of the central paddle and in combination with the PTFE scraper sweeping the wall, the material will be well agitated and at the same time pushed downwards to the emulsifier in the lower part of the central shaft. Due to the very high emulsification effect, the material will be severely cut, sheared and split into particles of 200nm-2um. Any air bubbles that appear during the process will be quickly sucked out under vacuum in the tank.

Oil Tank and Water Tank:

Both the oil tank and the water tank are made of three-layer stainless steel, and the heating medium circulates in the jacket.
The parts of the two jars that come into contact with the material are made of 316L stainless steel and fully comply with GMP standards.
The motor is installed on the top of the tank, and the high dispersion speed reaches 1440r.p.m.
