Homogenizer Mixing Tank
Brief Introduction:
Total volume: 130L, Working volume: 100L
The materials in the water phase tank and oil phase tank are heated
and stirred. After full mixing, use a vacuum pump to transport it
to the emulsification tank. Under the stirring of the upper part of
the central paddle, the material is combined with the
polytetrafluoroethylene scraper which sweeps the wall, so that the
material is fully stirred and pushed onto the emulsifier at the
lower part of the central shaft. Under the very high-speed
emulsification, the material will be seriously cut, sheared and
cracked into particles of 200 nm - 2 um. In this process, the
bubbles will be sucked out in time under the vacuum state in the
tank.

Mixing Design:
The SUS316L paddle mix anticlockwise, Speed: 0-65r/min.
Teflon Scraper, Scraping the wall during mixing to reduce the
sticking of materials to the tank.
The stirring paddle of the emulsifying mixer is hygienically
polished, with no dead corner welding and no material residue.
Oil Tank and Water Tank:
The oil tank and water tank are made of three layers of stainless
steel, and the heating medium circulates in the jacket.
316L stainless steel is used for the part of the two tanks
contacting with the material, which fully conforms to the GMP
standard.
The motor is installed on the tank top with a high dispersion speed
of 1440r.p.m.
