Brief Introduction of Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer:

Vacuum emulsifying machine is an ideal option to produce high-grade
skin care products, pharmacy ointment, and many other kinds of
creams which need to be very soft and smooth. It has the functions
of heating, mixing, scraping, rotating at different speeds and
vacuum supply. It has a very wide application from cosmetics (skin
cream, hair gel, lotion etc) and food (jam, chocolate, sauces etc.)
to pharmacy (ointment, syrup, paste) and chemicals(painting,
adhesives, detergents)
The machine is mainly made up of oil tank, water tank, vacuum
homogeneous tank (main tank), heating system, mixing system, vacuum
system, electric lifting system, operation control cabinet and
piping system.
With the help of precise processing technology, and high
cooperation between rotor and stator, high-speed rotation of
powerful motor causes vacuum between rotor and stator, and
materials are inhaled from the top of rotor and stator to the gap
in between. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor produce
extremely high linear velocity, which makes the material fly out
after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer
friction and strong shearing between the gap of rotor and stator,
and generate strong turbulence under the action of various forces
in different directions. The stable emulsion was produced by
depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and
shearing of the material with a certain amount of emulsifier.

Oil Tank and Water Tank :
Both the oil tank and the water tank are made of three-layer
stainless steel, and the heating medium circulates in the jacket.
The parts of the two jars that come into contact with the material
are made of 316L stainless steel and fully comply with GMP
standards.
The motor is installed on the top of the tank, and the high
dispersion speed reaches 1440r.p.m.
