1. The machine has hydraulic lift cover, high-speed homogeneity
blender (Speed is 0-3600r/min, frequency speed regulation) and
low-speed scraper blender (Speed is 0-65r/min, frequency speed
regulation).
2. The machine is specially designed adopting advanced technology
of oversea according to the cosmetic and ointment production
technology. The machine is made up of pretreatment boiler, vacuum
emulsification blending boiler, vacuum pump, hydraulic system and
worktable.
3. The machine has easy operation, steady capability, good
homogeneity, high efficiency, reasonable structure, small volume
and high automation level and easily clean.

Mixing Design:
The SUS316L paddle mix anticlockwise, Speed: 0-65r/min.
Teflon Scraper, Scraping the wall during mixing to reduce the
sticking of materials to the tank.
The stirring paddle of the emulsifying mixer is hygienically
polished, with no dead corner welding and no material residue.
Oil Tank and Water Tank:
Both the oil tank and the water tank are made of three-layer
stainless steel, and the heating medium circulates in the jacket.
The parts of the two jars that come into contact with the material
are made of 316L stainless steel and fully comply with GMP
standards.
The motor is installed on the top of the tank, and the high
dispersion speed reaches 1440r.p.m.
