Brief Introduction:

This is a mixing unit consisting of 4 tanks of different volumes.
After Lianhe Machinery Company made suggestions and communicated with customers, the construction was completed according to the drawings.

All mixers are installed on a two-tier stainless steel platform.

The oil tank is located on the upper level and the high shear mixer with homogenizer is located on the lower level.
The bottom of the oil tank is equipped with a high-speed disperser, the speed can reach 1440r.p.m, it can melt the solid grease and mix it quickly and evenly.

After the grease is melted, the customer can open the discharge valve at the bottom, and the grease will flow into the high shear mixer below through the stainless steel pipe, and the whole process does not need to be pumped.
Then we can further process the raw material to finally get the product we want.

The platform on the first floor is 1.6 meters above the ground, and the second floor is 2.4 meters above the ground. (Height can be customized)
All platforms are non-slip, with guardrails and handrails all around to ensure worker safety.

Features:

The blender is all made of three-layer stainless steel, so it has two jackets. The medium circulates inside the jacket, raising or lowering the temperature.
Because 2000L is a relatively large volume, this customer chooses steam heating, which saves electricity and is more environmentally friendly.

The pressure of the steam is about 1-2 kg, so it can heat the raw material to 120 degrees Celsius.
