Our high speed mixing tank can make according to customer's requirement for the structure, single-layer, double-layer(jacket) and three-layer(insulation layer) or make limpet coil(inside or external ) to heating and cold.Also we design the different type agitator for the different raw material ,the capacity we can make from 50L to 5000L.

* SIEMENS motor and reducer (can change to ABB motor)
* Speed: 0-65rpm

5. Agitator:
* Mixing part: Frame oar scraping blender with one fixed oar.
* Stirrer paddle: Stir up and down, mixing more evenly.
* Wall Scraper: PTFE material, Scraping off the materials that stick on pot wall, to make all materials mixing more evenly.

6. Bottom Homgenizer (can choose upper homogenizer):
* SIEMENS motor
* Speed: 3000rpm (Inverter can be added)
* Homogenizer part: Rotor and stator adopts wire-cutting finish machining high shearing homogenizer, smooth emulsion.

7. Discharge part: Bottom discharge, dished bottom design and bottom flat valve to make discharge completely.
